Because of the accusations, the Indian Army has decided to start a summary court-martial against the soldier who is accused of giving information about the China border to an ISI spy from Pakistan.

Alim Khan is the name of the Indian Army soldier in question, and he is going to be tried for his alleged crimes. He is accused of turning against India and giving classified information to Pakistan in exchange for money.

Who is Army soldier Alim Khan?

Security agencies say that Indian Army Signalman Alim Khan gave classified information to Pakistani spy Abid Husain, aka Naik Abid, who worked at the High Commission of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Islamabad.

Defense agencies say that Alim Khan chose to give Pakistan secret information about the Line of Actual Control (LAC) along China. The officer from the Pakistani embassy also gave the soldier Rs 15,000 in exchange for the information he gave.

“The accused Signalman, Alim Khan, was working in a field area close to the border with China. He is said to have given secret information to a Pakistani spy working in their embassy in New Delhi. The soldier will be tried by a summary court-martial in the next couple of days.
