Captain Mallika Negi of the Indian Army works as an air traffic controller at the Missamari Army Aviation Base, guiding choppers and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) flying along the China border. The Missamari Army Aviation Base is home to the aviation brigade, which has three squadrons.

Captain Sariya Abbasi of the Indian Army is a troop commander of an Army Air Defence Regiment stationed near the disputed LAC in the Tawang area. Her battalion is one of the country’s first AD regiments to get updated L70 guns.
