Here’s some good news for people who want to become leaders in the Indian Army. Yes, the Indian Army has put out a call for applications for the NCC Special Entry 55 course, which will start in April 2024. Those who are qualified and want to work in the Army can apply online at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in, which is the main website of the Indian Army.

There are a total of 55 jobs that need to be filled, and entries started on July 5. August 3 is the last day to apply. Anyone who wants to apply for these jobs should carefully read the information below about who can apply, how they will be chosen, and other details.

Number of posts to be filled:

NCC Single Men: 50 Places

NCC Single Women: 5 Positions

Educational Qualifications

For People with an NCC “C” Certificate:

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree from a well-known university and at least 50% of the possible points. Final-year students can also apply, as long as they have earned at least 50% in the first two or three years of a three or four-year degree program.

For Wards of Battle Casualties of Indian Army Personnel:

Candidates must have graduated from a well-known university with at least a 50% grade point average.

Services Selection Board (SSB) selection process will be held in Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh), Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Bengaluru (Karnataka), and Jalandhar (Punjab) only for those who made the short list.

Candidates will go through a two-step process to be chosen. Those who pass Stage I will move on to Stage II, while those who fail Stage I will be asked to try again on the same day. Based on how the candidate did in the SSB interview, the honor list will be made public.
