Indian Air Force Joins Forces To Douse Massive Bhopal Building Fire

In the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, a huge fire has been going on for more than 15 hours. The Indian Air Force (IAF) has been called to help put out the fire at Satpura Bhawan, a multi-story building in the city of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal. Satpura Bhawan is home to many government offices.

The house in question is on a hill in front of the Vallabh Bhawan, which is the state government’s main office.

Indian Air Force and the massive Bhopal building fire

Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, has called out to Rajnath Singh, the defense minister of the Indian Union, to ask for help from the IAF.

The IAF will send a special plane to Bhopal to help put out the fire.

The Indian Minister of Defense has told the Indian Air Force to use AN-32 planes and MI-15 helicopters. They were told to get to Bhopal by tonight.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also been told about the situation, and he has promised Chief Minister Chouhan that the Centre will do everything it can to help put out the fire.

Vishvas Sarang, the minister for medical education in Madhya Pradesh, The IAF plane would arrive around 1:20 AM.

How did the blaze start?

Bhopal Police Commissioner Harinarayanchari Mishra as saying that a short circuit in an air conditioner on the third floor of the building is the most likely cause.

“From what we can tell at first glance and from what people at the scene have told us, the fire started on the third floor of the building because of a short circuit in an air conditioner, and it spread to the other floors because of the wind,” says the report.

The damage

There have been no reports of deaths. But officials say that the fire destroyed furniture and papers in a number of offices in the building.

Around 4 p.m., a fire broke out on the third floor of the building and quickly spread to the sixth floor.

District Collector Ashish Singh said that the fire spread because there were so many files in each office. The fire has spread to the building’s third, fourth, fifth, and sixth floors.

“The fire has been put out and is now only in that building.” “It hasn’t been put out completely, but efforts are being made to do so.”

The Chief Minister’s Office said that the Army, Indian Oil Corporation, BPCL, Airports Authority of India, BHEL, and firemen from Mandideep and Raisen are already working to put out the fire. About 22 fire trucks and 30–40 tanks are taking part in the operation to put out the fire.
