India To Hold SCO National Security Advisers Meeting Today; China, Pakistan To Participate Virtually

On Wednesday at 10 a.m., National Security Advisers from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) will meet in New Delhi.
China and Pakistan may be able to join the SCO meeting online. Before the meeting of SCO national security advisers and top national security officials, National Security Adviser Ajit Doval will say a few words.
India is in charge of the SCO, which is a group of eight countries, right now.
Except for one event where Pakistan wasn’t allowed in because of a dispute over a map, Islamabad has been to all the other events, like the conference of chief justices and the meeting of energy ministers, either in person or via video link.
A PTI report says that the defense ministers of the SCO will meet in April in New Delhi, while the foreign ministers will meet in May in Goa.
Defense Minister Khawaja Asif and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari have already been asked to attend the meetings by New Delhi.
India has also sent an official invitation to the SCO summit in July to Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Chinese charge d’affaires Ma Jia said that a decision on whether or not the Chinese President will attend the SCO meeting is still pending because the date of the summit has not been set.
