The US is actively talking with the Indian government about making military systems, especially in the areas of intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), and conventional ground-based fighting.
Both governments are also working to sign a defense agreement that will help make the supply system for making weapons in both countries more efficient.
“We are actively talking with the Indian government about making military tools for ISR and, of course, traditional ground-based warfare. Siddharth Iyer, who works in the office of the US Secretary of Defense and is in charge of South Asia policy, said, “We’ll have more to say about this as the facts come out.”
