India Showcases Advanced Capabilities Of Akash Missile System

The Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) said on Sunday that India showed that the Akash missile system could hit four targets in the sky at the same time from a distance of 25 kilometers.

It said that India was the first country to be able to do that with just one firing unit.

“India was the first country to show that it could hit four aerial targets at the same time from 25 km away using a single firing unit and command guidance.” “The test was done by @IAF_MCC with the Akash Weapon System,” the DRDO wrote on ‘X’.

It has been heard that the homegrown missile system’s power was shown off at the “Astrashakti” military exercise on December 12.

They were put on by the Indian Air Force.
