IAF’s Sarang Team To Mesmerize Hyderabad Skies At Wings India 2024

Wings India 2024 will be held at Begumpet Airport in Hyderabad from January 18th to January 21st, 2024. The famous Sarang aerobatic team of the Indian Air Force will light up the air over Hussain Sagar Lake.
Five state-of-the-art airplanes made in India by HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Limited) will be used in the spectacular show.
Group Captain SK Mishra is in charge of the flying show.
Wing Commander Shridhar, Squadron Leader Avinash, and Wing Commander TVR Singh make up the acting team. They will show off their amazing skills in the sky.
Also, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is getting ready to show off its state-of-the-art homegrown civil platforms at Wings India 2024. These include the Hindustan-228 aircraft and the upgraded ALH Dhruv civil helicopter.
CB Ananthakrishnan, CMD (Additional Charge), HAL, said that the company was committed to supporting the “Made in India” plan for fixed-wing civil aircraft, with a focus on making it easier for people to travel between parts of the country.
He said, “HAL is taking the lead on the ‘Made in India’ initiative for fixed-wing civil aircraft to improve India’s regional connectivity.” The company is taking advantage of its strengths in making planes like the Do-228 and the HS-748 and applying them to civil aircraft projects like the Regional Transport Aircraft. HAL is also actively looking for ways to work together on civil MRO projects.
