Prime Minister Modi Discusses With The First Batch Of Agniveers

Monday, January 16, was the first day of basic training for the first group of Agnives of the three armed services. Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to them via video conferencing.

A PMO release says that PM Modi thanked the Agniveers for being the first people to start the “groundbreaking” Agnipath programme.

He said that this new policy will make a big difference in strengthening our Armed Forces and getting them ready for the challenges that lie ahead, according to a press release.

He also said that the young Agniveers will make the Armed Forces more modern and tech-savvy.

He praised the Agniveers’ potential and said that their spirit is like the bravery of the military, which has always kept the country’s flag flying high.

PM Modi said that the experience they will gain through this chance will give them pride for the rest of their lives.

He also said that the new India has a lot of new energy and that work is being done to modernise our armed forces and make them Aatmanirbhar.

He said that wars are being fought in a different way in the 21st century.

He talked about the new fronts of contactless warfare and the challenges of cyber warfare. He said that technologically advanced soldiers will play a key role in our armed forces.

He also said that the young people of today are especially good at this, so the Agniveers will be in charge of our armed forces in the future.

He also talked about how the plan will give women even more power.

He was happy to hear that women Agniveers are making the vaval forces prouder and said he can’t wait to see women Agniveers in all three forces.

The release said that the Prime Minister also talked about how women are leading the armed forces on different fronts. For example, a woman soldier is stationed in Siachen, and women fly modern fighter planes.

Prime Minister said that being sent to different regions will give them a chance to learn about different cultures and ways of life. He also said that they should try to learn different languages and learn about other cultures and ways of life.

He said that working as a team and getting better at being a leader will give them a new side to their personalities. He also told Agniveers to stay interested in learning new things and work on improving their skills in the fields of their choice.
