Two of Kiran’s fuel tanks are thrown off because they aren’t working right on the edges of Lucknow. According to officials, Lieutenant Upendra Dwivedi, Commander of the Northern Army, looked over the army’s tactical readiness and made plans for how to handle the winter in South Kashmir. Along with Lt Gen Rajiv Ghai, who is in charge of the Chinar Corps in the Valley, Lt Gen Upendra Dwivedi visited the Rashtriya Rifles units in Pulwama, Kulgam, and Anantnag.
During this conversation, they also praised the Indian Army and the Kashmir Police for keeping the highest standards and being ready for battle generally.

“The Army Commander talked to and praised the troops of the Indian Army and the J&K Police for their high levels of combat readiness. He also emphasized the need to keep working together with all agencies to make counterterrorism efforts in the hinterland more effective,” officials said.
During his conversation, the Army Commander stressed the importance of continuing to work together with all agencies so that counterterrorism (CT) operations in the hinterland can be more effectively unified.
