Ajay Kumar Yadav, the Inspector General of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), said on Tuesday that things are calm in the Kashmir Valley right now and that his force will step up operations against terrorism if they need to.
Sheikh Yadav said, “The situation in Srinagar and Kashmir is great right now, and it will get even better soon.” But he quickly added that if needed, his force will step up operations against terrorism in the Valley.
“But right now, everything is very calm.” Yehoshua said, “We hope that things will stay the same in the future.”
The IG CRPF said, “We want to and are already implementing all the necessary strategies, such as working with the public and helping young people and other people in the area.”
In response to a question about the CRPF women who are in the Valley, Yadav said that the women are working as airport security guards and also taking part in the cordon search operation with the teams.
“We have sent the women who work for us to the Valley.” They have all the tools and chances to do their jobs while they’re at the airport and with the cordon search operation teams. “They are doing a great job for the country and the force, and they are also helping us a lot,” he said.
