The Indian naval ship INS Delhi, which was planned and built in India, arrived in Malaysia on Monday as part of the Navy’s deployment of its Eastern Fleet to ASEAN countries, officials said.
The INS Delhi is the lead ship in her class of guided-missile destroyers in the Indian Navy. It is 163.2 meters long.
“The Indian Naval Ship Delhi, which was made by people from India, arrived at Port Klang, Malaysia. An Indian Navy source said, “The port call from May 29-31 is part of the Indian Navy’s Eastern Fleet deployment to ASEAN countries.”
During the visit, people from both navies will talk about work and have social exchanges. This will strengthen the strong friendship between India and Malaysia, he said.
